🎨 Collar Design
Can I attach a lead to the collar and safe to use to walk my dog?
Our collars are strong and durable and made from plastic coated stainless steel wire and a welded O-ring, meaning they can hold up to 120kg of pulling strength. While they are sturdy and functional for everyday use, our collars are classified as fashion collars. Due to the slip-on design of the collar, we highly recommend using a harness or alternative primary restraint when walking your dog.
Can I customise my dog’s collar design?
Absolutely! All our collars are handmade and fully customisable. Choose your preferred bead colors, name personalisation, style of beads patterns, and even adding in feature focal bead. We love working with your ideas to create something unique for your pup. Get in contact with us to discuss your design ideas, before purchasing your ‘Design Your Own’ collar.
What sizes do you offer?
We make collars for all sizes — from tiny puppies to large breeds like XL Bullies. You can selected the desired size on the product page, ranging from collars as small as 9.5″ all the way up to 28″ in size to help you get the best fit. If you need a different size to those listed please contact us. If you are unsure as to what size you will need please refer to our Size Guide page.
📏 How to Measure Your Beaded Dog Collar
How do I measure my dog for the right fit?
Use a soft measuring tape to measure the largest part of your dog’s head, this is usually around the jaw and in front of the ears. Make sure the tape or string is snug but not tight. Do not pull so tight that the fur bows out, and do not fit your fingers or extra space between the tape measure and fur.
Take a second measurement around the neck, where you want your collar to sit relaxed. This is usually close to the base of the neck, where their collar would naturally sit. Again, make sure the tape or string is snug but not tight, and also do not fit your fingers or extra space between the tape measure and fur.
Select the larger of the head or neck measurement, as you have measured, to ensure the collar will slip on over the head.

⏱ Design & Processing Time
How long does it take to make a collar?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to design and handcraft your collar. During busy times or for more detailed custom designs, it may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated throughout.
⚠️ Collar Care
How should I look after the beaded dog collar?
Regularly inspect the collar for signs of wear or damage. Discontinue use if any part becomes loose or broken.
Can I use liquid flea treatment whilst the collar is being worn?
Liquid flea treatments may react with the materials in the collar. Always remove collar before treating your dog and allow 24 hours after treatment before before using collar.
How should I clean the beaded collar?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, mud, or rough play to preserve the integrity of the beads and hardware.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship both within the UK and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Who is behind Pawsome Beads Boutique?
We’re a small UK based business inspired by our own dog, Sage — an XL Bully. We started Pawsome Beads Boutique to create beautiful, fashion-forward collars that help soften perceptions of misunderstood breeds and celebrate every dog’s unique personality. Sadly, Sage is no longer with us having passed away at 3 years old in Janaury 2025 after losing a battle against an aggressive form of lymphoma cancer 😢.
