1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By using the products and services offered by Pawsome Beads Boutique Ltd (Company Registration 16146349), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. Custom Orders: We specialise in custom-made dog collars and other pet accessories. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including collar specifications, size, and any customisation options.

2.2. Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout. Depending on availability and eligibility, payment options may include debit or credit card payments and third-party payment services such as Klarna and Clearpay.

2.3 Where you choose Klarna or Clearpay, your agreement for the payment or credit service is between you and the relevant payment provider and is subject to that provider’s eligibility requirements, terms and conditions and privacy notice.

2.4 Your contract for the purchase of goods remains with Pawsome Beads Boutique Ltd. Klarna and Clearpay are responsible for decisions relating to eligibility for and use of their respective payment services.

2.5 Pawsome Beads Boutique Ltd does not determine whether a customer is approved to use those services.

3. Order Processing and Fulfilment

3.1. Production Time: The production time for custom dog collars may vary. We will provide an estimated production time upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.

3.2. Shipping and Delivery: Available delivery options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. We will dispatch your order using the delivery method selected or otherwise agreed with you. Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

3.3 We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you or to another person identified by you to receive it, except where you independently arrange delivery using a carrier that we did not offer as a delivery option.

3.4 If your order is lost or damaged before delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

3.5 International deliveries may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout, the customer is responsible for any such charges.

4. Cancellation of orders

4.1. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

4.2 For non-personalised goods purchased online, consumers will normally have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to give a reason. Please see the Returns and Refunds section below for further information.

4.3 The statutory right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.

4.4 Many of our beaded dog collars and personalised accessories are handmade specifically for the customer using the size, personalisation or other specifications supplied when ordering. Where an item falls within the personalised or made-to-specification exemption, we are not required to accept a cancellation or return because you have changed your mind.

4.5 If you contact us before production of a personalised or made-to-specification item has begun, we will always try to accommodate a cancellation where reasonably possible, but this does not create a general right to cancel personalised goods.

4.6 Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Custom Designs: You acknowledge that any custom designs, logos, or artwork provided by you for the creation of dog collars do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any design that may violate intellectual property laws or our ethical guidelines.

6. Privacy and Data

6.1. We collect, use and share personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

6.2 Where you choose a third-party payment service such as Klarna or Clearpay, information necessary to provide and administer that payment option may be shared with the relevant provider. The provider will process that information in accordance with its own privacy notice.

6.3 Please see our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use personal information, the lawful bases on which we process it and your data protection rights.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, legal action in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8. Modification of Terms

8.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Returns and Refunds

Change-of-Mind Returns – Non-Personalised or Non-Made-to-Specification Goods

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will normally have the right to cancel an order for non-personalised goods within 14 days of receiving them.

You must tell us that you wish to cancel within this 14-day period. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the goods to us.

Unless the goods are faulty or we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the reasonable cost of returning goods following a change-of-mind cancellation.

Returned goods should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining them in a retail store and their value has been reduced as a result.

Once a valid return has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been sent back where applicable, we will issue any refund due in accordance with your statutory rights.

Personalised and Made-to-Specification Goods

The statutory change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.

This may include products made using measurements or specifications supplied by you and products personalised with a name, lettering or other customer-selected personalisation.

Please check all measurements, spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

This exemption from change-of-mind returns does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described or does not meet the requirements of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

All goods supplied by Pawsome Beads Boutique Ltd must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and information about the problem.

Your statutory rights apply regardless of whether the item was personalised or made to your specifications.

Depending on the circumstances and the time that has passed since delivery, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Where an order was paid for using Klarna or Clearpay, we will process any refund through the relevant payment provider. Klarna or Clearpay will then adjust your payment arrangement and/or refund amounts already paid in accordance with its own terms.

Your separate rights in relation to a Klarna or Clearpay credit or payment agreement do not replace your rights and obligations relating to the purchase of the goods from Pawsome Beads Boutique Ltd. Withdrawing from a separate payment or credit agreement does not, by itself, cancel your order with us.
